Exciting changes are afoot in Strathclyde’s HR space!
I want to talk to you about something exciting that we’re implementing at the moment at Strathclyde. Just signed up to introduce a new HR system so it’ll be an app that the guys can download on their phone. The whole idea around it is to better have a better process around, like our goal setting, and our culture, and trying to keep staff happy. And trying to make sure that we’ve got a good environment where people can talk and share, and grow and develop. So anyway that’s something that we started last week we had an onboarding, meeting myself and Nat trying to get to the bottom of how everything works. Over the course of the next month, six weeks, we’ll be rolling that out to the staff. It should be really good. We’ve been trying hard over the last year, to getting a system of doing good appraisals, and trying to set goals, and trying to help people move forward in their roles and as people. I think it’s going to be a really positive thing for the business, and it’s something I’m really excited about. One of the big things for me, is that it’s gonna be able to train me in that side of my job. That it’s not something I’ve done a whole lot of. So with the assistance of Bamboo HR and Tribe for helping us implement it, we should be able to get some really positive things happening in the business.
