Scott has been really busy on site, trying to help guys out, trying to make good of our commitments. We’ve been working really hard, trying to not let people down. On the plus side he’s lost a little bit of weight, so you’ve probably got to take the good and the bad!
This week Scott just really wanted to share a bit of good news. Something really exciting our end. We’ve just been awarded an eight unit development in Woolston for a really, really good client. So a really exciting project for us to be getting started and we should get kicked off before Christmas. Obviously with us being a One-Stop shop, we’re going to be doing the digouts, foundations and doing all the building work, doing all the Landscaping at the end. Should be simple and smooth for the client, Compared to some of the other developments that’s happening about town and just from what you did on the grapevine. There’s going to be a little bit of love put into these, so for whoever buys them at the end, they’re going to get something that’s finished into a really good standard because we’re doing it. We don’t accept substandard quality.
Some really exciting news and I look forward to kind of sharing the journey as we go along. I think the plan is to do an open home part way through. Let people come through and have a wee look at our work and whatnot. Going to be pretty cool sharing that with you, sharing the journey. I know that guys are absolutely pumped to get to get into it. Really cool project to have on the books for the start of next year.
